Lunch for the 3 days I’m at the office: egg roll in a bowl and Bumble Bee tuna

    The main is white rice, one package of beyond meat grounds, broccoli slaw, green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. I sautéed the ground “beef” with a smidge of olive oil and salt and pepper, then added the broccoli slaw in near the end. After a minute or two, I added some soy sauce and separated it into 3 portions. I added 175g cooked rice, green onion, and a smidge of sesame oil at the end.

    This comes out to about 630 calories and 41g protein including the tuna
