This is one of my new go to lunches. Carb balance 70 cal wrap, Tyson air fried chicken 3oz (150 cal), a sprinkle of low fat cheese, arugula, yogurt blue cheese dressing (25-45cal), franks red hot. Good & filling! 275-300 cal.

I also am in love with tortilla pizzas now. I prefer them over regular pizza because I can enjoy them and know I’m getting closer to reaching my goals. I usually do a mix of turkey pepperoni, low fat mozz cheese, mushrooms & a sliced jalapeno. Add a little sriracha ontop and it’s game over! 🙂 250cal.
