    2 cans of tuna in water, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup panko, 1 tbsp avocado mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, two stalks of celery, cooked in 1 tbsp of avocado oil.

    I have been intermittent fasting with two meals a day and it’s been working really well for me, so I am excited to start sharing some of my favorites. Generally I try to eat 750 and 750 for lunch and dinner, give or take ~50 calories (1700 is my goal for weight loss, so I like to shoot for 1500).

    LOVE Valentina! The Hispanic kitchen staff at my work always have a bottle of it (even though it’s a Japanese restaurant lol) and we put that shit on everything.

    I usually just mix tuna,mayo, and Valentina as a light lunch.
