    Instructions:

    Make a marinade for the salmon (I made a whole filet, cut a portion for dinner)

    1 tbs soy sauce

    1 tsp of Sriracha

    1/2 tsp of maple syrup

    Lil minced garlic

    Sprinkle of ginger

    Let sit for like 20-30 minutes or however long you have

    Make salsa

    Cut avocado

    Cut mango

    Mix and squeeze lime on top

    Sat. Pepper.

    Cook salmon in air fryer at 390 for 9 ish minutes. Use your judgment and plate and drizzle w s mayo.

    my wife and i have this similar recipe often, but it requires saving a bunch of calories for dinner!

    i’ve got the coconut rice down to a science. you have to rinse the rice like 10 times. and i use about half of the liquids in the rice as the recipe says (way too sweet and sticky with their quantities) and i halve the olive oil as well, so the whole meal comes in a good bit less than the 739 calories stated in the recipe.
