A quick and easy lunch meal for 523 calories

  1. Not the prettiest pic I know. This is one of my favorite go to quick meals.

    With some left over white rice (use brown if you want) I add some mirin and sesame oil and microwave it for a min. Throw in some canned tuna with some salt and pepper and some sambal oolek for spice. Mix it in, and top with avocado, green onions, and everything but the bagel seasoning.
