Spicy Whipped Feta dip – a classic greek appetizer!

**Ingredients**
* 400gr / 2 cups / 8 oz feta * 100 gr / ½ cup sour cream can be substituted for yogurt (200 gr / 1 cup) * 3-4 garlic cloves * 50 gr / ¼ cups extra virgin olive oil * 1 tsp red chili flakes (or per taste) slat and pepper
**Directions**:
Prepare your Food Processor! Everything will be mixed there! (You can mix it with a fork as well if you don’t have food processor)
1. Start by crumbling the feta cheese into the food processor 2. Next add the sour cream (it could be substituted for greek yogurt as well). 3.Next add the olive oil and the minced garlic. Add the red chili flakes, salt & pepper. Adjust them to taste. 3. Mix everything in the food processor until you get a creamy texture. You might need to open the lid and scrap down the sides. 4. Transfer it to a bowl or a dish of your choice. For best result chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.
Storage You can store it up to 3 days in the fridge
