  1. I am always craving dumplings and this is a satisfying way to enjoy them without destroying my goals. I added a tiny bit of garlic and ginger to the pho broth concentrate and of course spiced it up with chili crisp. I go heavy on the green onion and cucumber on the side helps cut the spice and gets me some extra veggies.
