I saw all they hype for The Soup and wanted to make it but had limited supplies.
I subbed out the petite tomatoes with crushed tomatoes. Used pesto chicken sausage. 10oz of ricotta instead of heavy cream. 2 huge handfuls of spring mix and way to many tortellini. It made a great sauce!
