Back again with an accountability post! Let me know if there’s a preferred format for these posts, I dont love the arrangement of todays food pics. Also, I am currently using the Lose It! app and am really enjoying it.
For my latte, I like to shake my espresso with ice and the syrup and I whipped the milk before adding it on top of the espresso & ice. I’m not a big breakfast person so just having my coffee and waiting to eat helps me stick to my calorie budget. Lunch doesn’t look great but the taste was all there! Next time I’ll just keep the filling ingredients separate. And dinner was a craving fulfillment on top of needing something easy. I am really grateful I can incorporate fast food and still stick to my calorie budget. I know it’s not good for me but I am making baby steps to improve my diet and this week has been a big win!
