Roughly 3 lb venison roast cooked in the slowcooker with Turkey Broth (Also made in the slow cooker previously after Thanksgiving). Cook on low for 6-8 hours with Broth and seasoning (Made up of Montreal Steak Seasoning, salt, pepper, chili powder, and a touch of granulated garlic). An hour before eating I pull some broth in a measuring cup and mix with flour to achieve desired consistency and start the potatoes on the side.
