On vacation right now (Philippines, Singapore, Japan). It isn’t feasible to count calories but I’m trying to limit the damage. Here’s what I had for breakfast.

    When in doubt, fruits and veggies. Especially fruits, some fruits will just knock your socks off in parts of the world (mangoes in Egypt 🧡) is that bacon on the rice?

    Isn’t vacation a chance to take a break, especially while traveling to countries you may never visit again? Not saying you should be fisting fried Oreos, but a few weeks of 2000 or 2500 won’t kill you.
