Try this Healthy Breakfast – Raddish Pratha

    Ingredients:

    For Dough:
    Flour: 3 cup
    Oil: 1tbs
    Salt: 1tbs
    Water: 1glasd

    For Mooli mixer:
    Grated Raddish(removed water) : 1.5 kg
    Salt: 1tbs
    Red chilli: 1tbs
    Chilli flakes: 1tbs
    Cumin: 1tbs
    Coriander seeds: 1tbs
    Coman اجوائن : for taste 1 tbs
    Parsley: half cup
    Green onion: half cup

    Process: Dry extra water of grated Raddish on medium flame then add all ingredients and mix it well and let it cool. Make a smooth and soft doughLet the dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Cover with a lid or kitchen napkin and keep it aside.Take a good amount of the mooli stuffing and place it on one of the rolled dough. Don’t use too much stuffing as in that case the paratha can break while rolling. Sprinkle evenly one or two pinch of salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder.

    Also note that the stuffing should not be less as then you won’t get the taste, flavor and texture of spiced radish.Now close rolled dough and make a new Pera or small new rolled dough. Now rolled the Pratha and
    When the tava or griddle is sufficiently hot then fry the paratha on tava using ghee (clarified butter) or oil. When one side of the paratha is ¼ cooked then flip over and spread ghee or oil on this side. When the second side is half cooked then flip again and spread ghee or oil on this side. Cook it well till light brown.
    Now present it with Yogurt .
    Eat this yummy Pratha with your family.
