I’m 36m, 5’9, 188lbs. I’ve been setting my daily cap at 1800kcal but haven’t been noticing any weight loss, maybe just visually.
I tried Cronometer app for first time and set my weight goal: 170lbs. But it has me only eating what looks like 1300 calories a day to meet my goal? That’s not healthy or sustainable IMO.
I walk 10,000 steps a day (500kcal), it automatically set my BMR at 1772kcal a day, I prob burn another 500 kcal in the gym.
I set my activity level to lightly active (674 kcal) because of my daily walking. Besides that, I’m usually behind a computer video editing.
Thanks for your help. If anyone knows how to use and read this app that would be helpful. I’ve had two bare bones meals today and still only have 400kcals left for dinner
