    For the base:
    steamed hard tofu and blended it with milk, vanilla essence, strawberry jam (stevia sweetened) and some salt and stevia to taste.

    Almond flour crumb:
    Almond flour, stevia, salt and cold butter
    Bake at 180 C for 15-20 mins

    The strawberry compote was sweetened with stebia as well!

    Just cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours, it tastes divine! A cross between a sundae and a mousse
