    Recipe:

    Chuck roast

    au jus packet

    powdered ranch

    a couple twists of black pepper

    1 tbsp red pepper flakes

    pepperoncini and juice from the jar

    no butter, as this roast was already pretty fatty

    cook on low for 7.5 hours, rest for 30 min, shred, cook back in juices for 30 min

    Serve with instant mashed potatoes and roasted broccolini and shallots
