A while ago I submitted spicy shredded beef I made while drinking. Now I submit a chuck roast I just seared and seasoned for a pot roast, again late at night with some drinks.

    Low and slow. I think its a 3 pound chuck?

    Regardles here are the inaccurately measured ingredients:

    1/2 cup white wine,
    3tbsp Worcestershire sauce,
    2 tbsp soy sauce,
    2 tbsp garlic powder,
    2 tbsp onion powder,
    1 tbsp oregano,
    1 tbsp parlsey,
    3 bay leaves,
    3 cloves fresh minced garlic,
    A bunch of potatoes, however you many you want

    Then some stock to cover. Its simmering on low. Its 5 am and ill update tomorrow if i remember. Cheers
