    Macros: 38.1 g carbs, 34.4 g protein, 7.5 g fat

    – 100 g Udon noodles
    – 100 g chicken breast
    – 5 g oil
    – 50 g carrots
    – 50 g pepper
    – 50 g courgette
    – 25 g sugar snap peas
    – 50 g bamboo shoots
    – 75 g pak choi
    – 50 g broccoli
    – 15 g soy sauce
    – garlic, ginger, chili flakes

    Took about 15 minutes to throw together and was really good 🙂
