This was a stovetop recipe that I converted to slow cooker. To be fair, it shouldn’t have taken 22 hours but I didn’t want to meddle with it too much since I’d never made it before. I think if I’d followed my instincts from the start it probably would’ve taken ten to twelve at the most. After it wasn’t thickening even by the next morning, I dumped an extra shitload (1 ShtL) of tomato paste in there to speed it up. Kinda knew I should’ve done that to start. It was pretty good though!
