Help me, I’m dumb. When it comes to rice, do you weigh it when it’s dry or already made? I’ve been weighing it when it’s made and I can’t get over how 1 cup of Jasmine rice is 720 calories?

    The nutrition info that you have there is for dry rice.

    In the future I would suggest weighing/measuring the dry rice if possible.
