3.5 – 4 lb pork butt 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning (see below) 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tsp Oregano 2 Small Onions, sliced 4 – 6 Garlic cloves, chopped 1 – 2 Jalapeños, seeded & chopped 3/4 Cup OJ or 2 Oranges, juiced Chopped fresh cilantro to taste
Combine seasoning, oregano, & oil. Rub pork and refrigerate overnight. Place in crockpot & top with all over ingredients. Cook on high for 8 – 10 hours. Shred, place on a sheet pan, spoon a bit of the juices over it, and broil for a few minutes to crispen tips. Serve with your favorite sides!

1 tablespoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon black pepper
For traditional tacos, use 2 tablespoons of mix per 1 pound of meat
