Italian Beef sandwich with Giardiniera and Provolone Cheese

    Italian Beef

    2.5-3 lb chuck roast

    2 cups beef broth

    2-3 TBS Italian seasoning

    8-15 peperonicini peppers

    Desired peperonicini juice from jar

    Place ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred. Enjoy!

    I used mine in a sandwich with provolone cheese and Giardiniera!
