You could make saffron mayonnaise. It’s really yummy with some fish dishes

O.o. Sell it on the blackmarket? That’s an industrial quantity of saffron, like the sort of amount that the DEA might trigger on. lol.

How do you have that much saffron?! In my country I buy enough for risotto with 20 usd 🥲

Put it in little baggies and sell it. Make a fortune.

Make a nice paella dish. Then, with the leftover saffron, build a miniature conveyor belt system that goes up and down and all around, but then connects itself like one of those screensavers that shows a never ending process. Then, put the saffron on the belt and watch it, go around and around. Forever.

Risotto, curries, pasta, etc. Anything with a sauce, really. Just be sure to incorporate them correctly, they’re delicate.

    Also, send me some? 🥺

Trade it for a dozen eggs. Maybe 2… Depends on how the market is.

My dad had a big jar like this, the saffron was weak as shit… you had to use 1/4 cup to get the taste of using 4 pieces of good saffron.

When you use it try to grid the bits you want to cook with into powder by either using a mortar and pestle or having it between a folded sheet of clean paper and rubbing a hard flat object over it.

Start using it. It won’t go bad for awhile. Put it in a container where you can suck most of the air out and keep it in a cool dark place. Or even the freezer. I through about that much saffron in about 5 years from the looks of it and I use it almost daily

  15. Make Swedish Lussekatter – a delicious sweet bun flavored with Saffron.
