Spicy lamb chops

    Rubbed in salt, pepper, garlic powder, hot (spicy) smoked paprika – 24 hours on a rack in the fridge.
    SV – 130 for 1.5 hours, sear in cast iron pan.
    Ate so quickly forgot to take inside pic soz! Delicious
