    I feel like your pan not being cast iron is part of the problem.

  6. Do you stretch your dough out and then place it in the pan?

    I usually just plomp a dough ball in my pan and start pushing the air out. Then there can be no transfer issues 😀 but I don’t make deep dish so it’s different. Really annoying when this shit happens, I woulda thrown it in the bin out of disappointment and ordered a takeaway lol

    My missus is always telling me “I just want some god damn dinner when its time; not some fancy ass recipe that’ll take half the day.”. So I tell her, do you want a sandwich, ramen noodles, or a god damn proper meal!
