    50g roasted sweet potato with salt, pepper, and lemon herb seasoning – 70 cals

    3 tbsp miso sesame dressing – 90 cals

    A quarter apple – 25 cals

    550 cals total

    This is how you do salads! It can easily be a full meal with adding protein and some carbs. Chopped up apple on salads is so good too!
