Korean here! I like doing the 또아리 style instead of pleats bc i think that’s the most fun to eat. Plus it looks pretty so my child will be pretty😌

I just close them up with egg to seal without including any pleats. I like to boil my dumplings in water and once done, slurp them up! I like the texture of them flatter and without the chewiness of the pleats.
