I didn’t know nori sheets are 10cals? GAME CHANGER!! With sushi rice, pollock crab, mayo, lettuce. It was SO GOOD. Rest of today is same as yesterday (see old post). Total expected of 1538 cals for today.

  2. if you like these ingredients…. omg you have to try this:
    in a bowl- rice, shredded cooked salmon, avocado. drizzle over the top mayo, a touch of Sriracha, and a touch of soy sauce (or coconut aminos). mix up.
    eat with bites of seaweed or by itself.

    AMAZINGGGGG it’s my favorite dish ever
