I wasn’t going to post this but it tasted so so good. I’ve been having so many cravings for high cal empty foods. This helped curb those!
– cook steel cut oats in water – mix in protein powder – top with tahini (sesame seed paste), dark chocolate, sunflower seeds for a great crunch, marshmallows, and sprinkles ❄
Let it sit for a few minutes to get all melty and gooey, and enjoy!
