   Potato & cauliflower w. Sweet mustard and horseradish mousse

   House made pork liver pate with bacon, mushrooms and pickled cucumber salad

   Fried filet of sole & remoulade

   Chicken salad, asparagus and savory chicken stock gel

   All on homemade danish rye bread!

   as a Czech, I hate to tell you, your sandwiches lack in the [looks department](https://www.google.com/search?q=chlebicky&tbm=isch).. Also.. potato sandwich?
