This is my first time! I got the recipe on this sub, I think.

My partner and I have some texture issues with dumplings, so I had to fill the soup with something else. I ended up putting in one orange and one purple sweet potato, a paksoi (or bok choi) and a can of bamboo shoots I had lying around.

I’m so happy with the result 😊. The sweet potatoes went in with the chicken and the broth, the white stalks of the paksoi I added a half hour before the end and the leaves and bamboo shoots at the end when it simmers on the stove.

The sweet potato pairs really well woth the curry taste.https://i.imgur.com/h2wCl4T.jpg
