1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. 2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Mix well until all cornstarch is dissolved. 3. Add ginger, garlic salt, black pepper and cornstarch mixture to broth. Stir for 1 minute until broth has thickened. Turn heat to medium. 4. Continue slowly stirring in a circular motion while pouring in the egg mixture little by little. 5. Turn the heat off, add sesame oil and garnish with green onions.

I like a LOT of black pepper in my soup. Please start with one teaspoon and add more if you prefer more.

This is one of my favorite soups to make. Also very simple and easy. Hope you enjoy!
**Ingredients**
– 32oz chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons finely minced ginger
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons water
