1. Two boiled eggs on homemade peasant bread with wilted spinach and JustSpices egg topping. Fresh coffee with semi-skimmed oat milk 2. Iced chai oat milk tea 3. Steamed cauliflower rice, Skinny Food Co chip shop curry sauce, Quorn nuggets, sweetcorn 4. Banana with chocolate protein pudding and two Nairns sugar free chocolate oat biscuits crumbled up 5. Chicken, apple, and potato hash with whole grain mustard, apple sauce, red pepper, red onion, and spring greens 6. A mug of Ovaltine light before bed
