I haven’t been able to get any kimchi for a few weeks, so made my way to a little Asian food mart in Canterbury. Today, kimchi fried rice for lunch. I’m very pleased with how it turned out. I drizzled with kewpie mayo, cus I like it. I hope this looks good! I hope to cook more korean food well!
