It is my first attempt at making dolsot bibimbap. :) Since I am iced in at my house in Dallas, Texas I thought I’d try using my new stone bowl! 🤍 For my veggies I used zucchini, red & orange bell peppers, and spinach. I am happy with how it turned out.
