Healthy evening dessert

    I had been taking this apple to work for two days, but did not eat. So decided to turn it into this “spicy” dessert.

    1 Apple (100 cals)
    1/4 tsp cardamom powder
    1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
    1/2 tsp brown sugar (15 cals)
    2 tbsp water

    – Mix all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes

    I had it with a 100 cal cup of Breyer vanilla snack cup.

    Total — about 220 cals! Delicious dessert!

    I thought that was roasted mini potatoes and sour cream at first lmao

    You can do this in the microwave, too. If you want to have a little sauce, you can put in a couple tablespoons of water in like half a teaspoon of corn starch. It costs almost no calories and makes a nice little sauce on it.
