I’m going to a potluck at 1pm on a Sunday. I dont want to start cooking at 4am to have it ready on time. Can I do it the day ahead to reheat just before going, or cook it overnight and keep warm until the 1pm potluck? What would be the best? if I do it the day ahead and refrigerate – how long should I anticipate to reheat in the slow cooker?

I’d put in on the night before at bedtime and leave it on warm until serving time
