Just under my 1520 limit for today. I do the breakfast smoothie when I wake up & eat my “lunch” when I get to work – then dinner is after my 12 hour shift.

    How do you like the ISO Whey protein? I recently got the Greenwise one from Publix but the artificial sweetener taste is pretty overwhelming.
