Vegetable and dumpling soup is so hearty and delicious!

    I used Bibigo beef bulgogi soup dumplings (5 dumplings in this portion for 260 cals) and [this recipe](https://ahintofwine.com/recipe/chinese-dumpling-soup/) as a base with a few very minor tweaks.*

    It was filling and absolutely DELICIOUS!!

    The recipe doesn’t have nutrition information, but since it’s essentially dumplings, broth and veggies, I would estimate this bowl to be 500 calories at most.

    *My tweaks to the recipe: I used shiitake mushrooms instead of baby Bella, baby spinach instead of bok choy, and added a pinch of brown sugar and a sprinkle of MSG to the boiling soup. I did not have any Chinese cooking wine so omitted it.
