I suspect that this’ll vary quite a lot between models of slow cooker.

Absolutely zero facts to back this up. Doesn’t even seem like there’s a conversion. Just 4 hours less on high. Delete this.

Isn’t the difference still just that the summer point is faster on high? The temperature is the same on both settings, but gets there quicker on high. I don’t ever slow cook food unattended, but also have things vary individually. A 2 lb roast might take just 6 hours, but it might be 9 based on the meat itself. I guess I’m just saying this chart feels like nonsense.
