In boiling water. Then rinse very well in cold. Noodles always needs to be rinsed. Except for kalguksu. If you’re wondering about a sauce, that’s a whole another topic

Put into boiling water till they reach the consistency you want. They should still be a little bit chewy. There should be directions on the back how long you should boil them

I like to use those w a clear broth like chicken broth. Simmer chicken with ginger and onion. Until the chicken is tender. Pull out the chicken and pull apart the meat. Strain the broth.
Pour the broth over the noodle add shredded chicken and green onion.
Add this soysauce mixture on top to make it flavorful.
1/4 cup soysauce 2 tbsp Chopped green onions 1 tbsp Minced garlic 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp red chili flakes 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp sesame oil
The sauce should be thick like a salsa. But you can adjust the amount of soysauce or other ingredients to your taste. You can also add grated carrots or chopped jalapeños for texture or spice.
You only need a few spoonfuls of the sauce to flavor the dish.

You can boil the noodle just like spaghettis. Enjoy!
