    Miso bibimbap sauce:

    * 36g (2tbsp) of white miso
    * 32g (2-3) tbsp hot water
    * 7g (2x) grated garlic cloves
    * 10g (1 tbsp) grated ginger
    * 14g (2 tbsp) gochugaru
    * 17g (2 tbsp) toasted sesame seeds
    * 40.5g (3 tbsp) rice vinegar
    * 35-57g (2-3 tbsp) honey
    * 21.5g (2 tbsp) sesame oil

    The volume measurements are *very* rough — I’d use the weights if you want to try making this yourself!
