1,825, vegetarian. I thought I did really well today until I calculated in 2 snacks and realized I went over significantly. Lesson learned, I have to track calories as I eat them.

    I found I have to track my calories before I even eat them. I need to log the snack and see how much I still have left. Then I decide if I want the snack. It’s helped me a lot. I was logging after and going…damnit I didn’t realize!

    Or even better, preplan your day!

    The night before or first thing, either way you have a rough idea of what your plan is and can make adjustments ahead of time!

    I wonder if you’re consuming too much fat? This doesn’t look like a lot of volume for 1800 calories.
