300g chicken hearts chili powder chicken soup powder glass of chili peppers in brine garlic oats
puree oats with water and set aside in a glass. mince the hearts and boil in some water with crushed garlic, half a teaspoon chicken soup powder, chili powder, cut up chili pepper and some of the brine from the glass that they came from. half an hour later carefully add the top layer of the by now sedimented oats.

I’ve never had chicken hearts but not against it. Could you explain the texture or “mouth feel”? I’m curious! Looks pretty good and hearty.

I like chicken hearts in soup, but I can never find hearts alone. It’s always hearts and pipettes (which is another organ, even chewier than the heart) in the bag.
Note: I hope pipettes is the correct word; I used translate because I don’t know the English word for it.
