I was having glitches with my app so the first couple of dates are corrected. I’m aiming for about 1500 in my main meals, with a little overage ok for snacks if I’m really hungry or treats within reason. One day is not like the others and that’s my long run day 🙂 Happy to answer any questions about what’s in the pictures or my approach.
