Hi all! First time poster here and beginner slow cooker. Recently I did my first Slow Cooker Tikka Masala and it turned out awesome. I followed the recipe linked below, I follow this youtuber for Meal Prep but used his recipe for dinner and was so happy with the result. The problem is he’s only done one Indian Recipe and I can’t really find any other Indian Slow Cooker recipes.
My question is can I convert normal Indian Curry Recipes to Slow Cooker Recipes by just changing the cooking method? if I do, do I need to account for the method of cooking and add in any extra spices or am I just good to go? Any help would be awesome and really appreciated! Thanks!
I just follow the recipe and use the slow cooker than the stove top. I’ve done palak paneer and a couple other curries. I don’t notice a difference in the spices, but I use pre-mixed spice blends rather then use whole spices and toasting them before grinding them.

I’ve never slow cooked Chicken Tikka before. I love this version though: https://youtu.be/NshiJSNBWNs
