I have so much salted shrimp in the fridge and when I stumbled across this video Im wondering what kind of sauces I can make for dipping so I can use up the jar 😂

Here’s dozen, completely untested by me. Maybe one of them looks good to you!
When I make soon dubu jigae I chop of some of those shrimp and use it to add a more seafood-y flavor to the broth. Also good for flavoring bean sprout soup.

I add them into broths and kimchis. I like the dipping sauce Maangchi makes for bossam. The dippping sauces on that page are excellent.
Hang on! I use these as base recipes for my two favorite dipping sauces. I do tweak them a bit
