Recipe :- 8 chicken thigh fillets (I used 6 chicken breasts instead because that’s what I had on hand) 4 tablespoons of honey 3 tablespoons of sriracha Garlic (I used minced garlic roughly 5 tablespoons) 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon tomato purée 1 tablespoon or cornflour mixed with equal parts water to thicken

Cook for 4.5 hours high or 6.5 hours low
