


A bit back, I posted pics of the canner that was gifted to me. I cleaned it up, replaced the safety gasket, gauge , and updated the vent to the new style with weight. After a test run, I just canned six pints of pinto beans. I used the recipe from healthycanning.com. Thanks everyone for the advice and encouragement in the last post!
