    Ropa Vieja. One of the best tasting Cuban meals ever. I had this tonight for dinner. It was my third or forth time making this exact recipe. I can’t recommend it enough. Soo damm good.

    If tenderloin, reverse sear method…slow cooker would be a shame for this quality of beef. If eye of round, anything like ropa vieja, carne guisada, birria, Guinness stew…

    You could stuff them. Or make a chateaubriand. Smothered in mushrooms with duchess potatoes and steamed vegetables. A little bearnaise sauce would be nice too. We used to make them at the hotel all the time
