I’ve been doing 1500 calories a day for 3 weeks now. below is my graph and weight loss. I am always in a deficit but sometimes jump up and or stay at the same weight. I weight myself daily in the morning without clothes after going to the toilet. so frustrating!

    That’s 100% totally normal. You aren’t going to see a succinct linear line downward. It doesn’t happen. You should be focused on the overall trend, which in your case is really good. Congratulations on the hard work!
